What is When Next We Meet?
When Next We Meet is a two day celebration of the best in Irish Alternative Music. Set on the idyllic grounds of Raheen House’s gardens in Clonmel. There will be food and bar provisions, 3 acts performing in the walled garden each night as well as a smaller acoustic stage featuring local emerging artists and DJ’s.
This is NOT a camping festival.
What time does each event start and finish?
Gates are 4pm on both days.
Music in the walled garden ends at 11pm.
Admission to the afterparty is subject to availability.
Where can I park?
There is NO parking on site at Raheen House for the two days of events. There are a number of free car parks within five minutes of Raheen House that we encourage ticket holders to avail of. You can view these on the Map here.
There is also sufficient public parking and street parking in Clonmel within 5 minutes of Raheen House.
What if it rains?
“Lá deas a bhí ann. Ní raibh scamall sa spéir. GO TOBANN...”
This is an outdoor event. In Ireland. It will take place in the event of rain. There is limited shelter onsite.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, be it raincoats or sunhats. Be prepared!
Are there ‘weekend’ tickets for sale?
Yes. Weekend tickets are available for this year's event and include free access to our after party each night, for those who have claimed their after party tickets.
I have a QR code from Citizen Ticket - is this my ticket?
Yes, we will scan your QR code at the gate and in exchange you will receive wristbands, colour coded in line with your ticket type.
If you have a large group booking arriving at different times, it’s best to transfer your ticket to each group member via your Citizen Ticket account.
How do I view the tickets I have purchased?
Please sign into your Citizen Ticket account. Got to My Tickets > Ticket Wallet.
I booked tickets for my group - how do they get into the event?
If you are arriving at different times, it’s best to Transfer your tickets to each member of your group. Do this by logging into your Citizen Ticket account.
Any ticket related questions can be directed to info@citizenticket.co.uk or you may find your answer under their FAQs. Those arriving together will be scanned through quickly as a group.
I don’t have a ticket, but want to look around the grounds - can I come in?
No. Nice try, but you must have a ticket to access the site.
What are the toilet facilities on-site?
There are toilet provisions on-site for all ticket holders. For anyone and everyone, we have swanky posh portaloos. Probably the highlight of the night.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Nope! Food and drink will be available to buy from a number of vendors including Raheen BBQ, The Oven (vegetarian) and My Street Food. There will be a full outdoor Heineken bar.
I am a wheelchair user/have mobility issues. Are there provisions in place for me?
Music is for everyone. Please contact us directly at hello@whennextwemeet.ie if you have requirements and we will do what we can to make your experience a fun and comfortable one. Each person will be assisted discreetly and with sensitivity.
Do I need to bring I.D.?
Yes please. This is an over 18’s event.
Can I get public transport to Clonmel?
By Bus
Bus Eireann Route 55 services Limerick, Tipperary Town, Bansha, Cahir, Clonmel, Kilsheelan, Carrick-on-Suir, and Waterford
Bus Eireann Route 245 services Cork, Fermoy, Mitchelstown, Ballyporeen, Ardfinnan and Clonmel.
JJ Kavanagh’s Route 717 from Dublin, services Nass, Athy, Kilkenny and Callan, Grangemockler, Kilsheelan and Clonmel.

What accommodation options are in Clonmel?
There is limited availability of accommodation at Raheen House Hotel. You can contact the Hotel via their website or call on 052 6122140. There are a number of other accommodation providers in Clonmel, varying in price to suit many budgets. Here are some suggestions.

The After Party – Who gets in?
Weekend ticket holders, who have claimed their free After Party Pass. We cannot admit weekend ticket holders who have not claimed their free After Party pass, with no exceptions.
These have been available since 3rd May 2023 on a first come first served basis. (SOLD OUT)
Saturday ticket holders, who have purchased a Saturday After Party Pass. (SOLD OUT)
Sunday ticket holders, who have purchased a Sunday After Party Pass. (limited availability)
