Have any questions about When Next We Meet?

CONTACT US ANYTIME

What is When Next We Meet?

When Next We Meet is a two day celebration of the best in Irish Alternative Music. Set on the idyllic grounds of Raheen House’s gardens in Clonmel. There will be food and bar provisions, 3 acts performing in the walled garden each night as well as a smaller acoustic stage featuring local emerging artists and DJ’s.

This is NOT a camping festival.

What time does each event start and finish?

Gates are 4pm on both days.
Music in the walled garden ends at 11pm.
Admission to the afterparty is subject to availability.

Where can I park?

There is NO parking on site at Raheen House for the two days of events. There are a number of free car parks within five minutes of Raheen House that we encourage ticket holders to avail of. You can view these on the Map here.

There is also sufficient public parking and street parking in Clonmel within 5 minutes of Raheen House.

What if it rains?

“Lá deas a bhí ann. Ní raibh scamall sa spéir. GO TOBANN...”
This is an outdoor event. In Ireland. It will take place in the event of rain.

Please dress appropriately for the weather. There will be ponchos available and we will embrace it and dance anyway. Be prepared!

Are there ‘weekend’ tickets for sale?

Yes. Weekend tickets are available for this year's event and include free access to our after party each night.

I have a QR code from Citizen Ticket - is this my ticket?

Yes, we will scan your QR code at the gate and in exchange you will receive wristbands, colour coded in line with your ticket type.

If you have a large group booking arriving at different times, it’s best to transfer your ticket to each group member via your Citizen Ticket account.

How do I view the tickets I have purchased?

Please sign into your Citizen Ticket account. Got to My Tickets > Ticket Wallet.

I booked tickets for my group - how do they get into the event?

If you are arriving at different times, it’s best to Transfer your tickets to each member of your group. Do this by logging into your Citizen Ticket account.

Any ticket related questions can be directed to info@citizenticket.co.uk or you may find your answer under their FAQs. Those arriving together will be scanned through quickly as a group.

I don’t have a ticket, but want to look around the grounds - can I come in?

No. Nice try, but you must have a ticket to access the site.

What are the toilet facilities on-site?

There are toilet provisions on-site for all ticket holders. For anyone and everyone, we have swanky posh portaloos. Probably the highlight of the night.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Nope! Food and drink will be available to buy from a number of vendors including BBQ, Cocktails, Beers, wines and spirits, coffees, light bites and more.

I am a wheelchair user/have mobility issues. Are there provisions in place for me?

Music is for everyone. Please contact us directly at hello@whennextwemeet.ie if you have requirements and we will do what we can to make your experience a fun and comfortable one. Each person will be assisted discreetly and with sensitivity.
