I have a question about/need help with my tickets.

Please see Eventbrite’s help centre.

If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact us on hello@whennextwemeet.ie. Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

I booked tickets for my group and we’re arriving at different times – can I transfer tickets to each individual?

Where possible, try to arrive together! You will be scanned through quickly and diving into festivities in no time.
While it is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address (if you see the option). This does not remove the ticket from your Eventbrite account, but the new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim tickets when you save the change. If you had tickets purchased on your behalf, you won't be able to log in and update the information on the original order. The original ticket buyer needs to perform the transfer in this case or contact the event organizer for assistance.

In all instances, our box office staff and volunteers will be on hand to assist with reasonable requests and assistance. Please keep in mind you are one of hundreds of people when seeking assistance, and remain patient and sound!

I don’t have a ticket, but want to look around the grounds - can I come in?

Access to Raheen House is for ticket holders over the age of 18 only on June 7th and 8th.

Any toddler-aged children or older, up to the age of 18 are not permitted access. We cannot issue refunds on the basis of children not being able to attend.

What are the toilet facilities on-site?

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No. Food and drink will be available to buy from a number of vendors listed here and we will have two fully stocked outdoor Bulmers Bars, run by the incredible Raheen House bar staff!

I am a wheelchair user/have mobility issues. Are there provisions in place for me?

Yes. Music is for everyone. We have accessible parking and accessible toilets onsite. While the site itself isn’t the most wheelchair friendly, we will do everything we can to make your experience a fun and comfortable one. In the event of rain or soft ground underfoot we will place track mats across limited dedicated areas of the arena. For additional questions please contact Kate at hello@whennextwemeet.ie  Each person will be assisted discreetly and with sensitivity.
